摘　　要：目的分析血清N SE、CA 15-3和CEA在不同组织类型肺癌中的表达差异。方法对21例肺部良性疾病患者和73例肺癌患者进行血清N SE、CA 15-3和CEA的检测,并分析在肺部良性疾病患者、鳞癌、腺癌和小细胞肺癌患者之间的差别。结果N SE在小细胞肺癌患者中表达水平较高,与肺部良性疾病患者、鳞癌、腺癌患者有显著性差异,CA 15-3及CEA在肺腺癌患者中表达水平较高,与肺部良性疾病患者、鳞癌组有显著性差异,且CA 15-3在诊断肺腺癌的敏感度高于CEA,但N SE、CA 15-3、CEA对肺鳞癌的诊断价值均不大。结论N SE、CA 15-3和CEA在肺癌中的表达与肺癌的组织类型密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression difference of serum NSE, CA15-3 and CEA for hung cancer, Methods 21 patients with lung benign diseases and 73 patients with lung cancers were included in this retrospecive study. The serum level of NSE, CA15-3 and CEA were measured in lung benign diseases and adenoearcinomas, squamous cell carcinomas, small cell lung cancer. Results The expression of serum NSE was the highest in small cell lung cancer and was significantly higher than in adenocarcinomas, squamous cell carcinomas and lung benign diseases. The expressions of serum CA15-3 and CEA were the highest in adenocarcinomas and were significantly higher than in squamous cell carcinomas and lung benign diseases. The adenocareinomas diagnostic sensibility of serum CA15-3 was higher than CEA, but it had little diagnostic value in squamous cell carcinomas. Conclusion The expression of serum NSF, CA15-3 and CEA is closely connected with the histoloty type of lung cancer.
