摘　　要：高等学校办学成本研究已成为当今高等教育界普遍关注的重大问题。正确认识高等学校办学成本的内涵和构成,合理有效控制高等学校办学成本,对提高高等学校办学水平和办学效益,增强高等学校综合竞争力,促进高等教育稳步健康发展具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。The study on the running cost general higher educational institutes has drawn a public concern. To learn the meaning and composition of running cost of colleges and universities, together with to control their running cost, is very important for these institutions to improve their management and enhance their comprehensive competitiveness.
