国外执政党执政方式的特点与启示

摘　　要：随着时代的发展,人类文明的共同性越来越多,各国执政党面临着很多相同的情况,需要相互借鉴经验。文章通过对西方发达国家、社会主义国家、发展中国家执政党执政方式的考察和分析,以期不断改革和完善中国共产党的执政方式,以提高党的执政能力和领导水平。Along with the times＇ development, the intercommunity of civilized mankind is more and more. ALL countries＇ruling parties are faced with a lot of same circumstances. They need draw lessons from each other. Through the analysis of ruling way of western developed nations, socialist nations, the developing countries , we should continuously reform and perfect the ruling way of the Chinese communist party, increase the party＇s ruling ability and leaders＇level.
