摘　　要：犯罪现场在形成的过程中乃至形成以后,由于人为的或自然的等方面的因素,会使现场及其犯罪痕迹物证的状态发生变化。这种变化给犯罪现场勘查工作及对犯罪痕迹物证的认识和案情的分析带来种种困难,甚至是偏差。正确认识导致犯罪现场形态变化的各种因素,无疑对犯罪现场勘查和案件的侦破乃至诉讼都有着重要的意义。In the process of forming a crime scene and even after it, the artificial or natural factors will cause the scene and its crime trace changed. This kind of change then brings all sorts of difficulties for the crime scene surveying work and the case analysis, even the deviation. The correct understanding of the factors that cause the crime scene＇s form changed is of significance to the crime scene investigation and even the solving of the case and the lawsuit.
