试析我国旅游人力资源开发

摘　　要：旅游业已成为世界上第一大产业和新世纪最具有发展潜力的产业之一。我国旅游业的发展也将影响着我国社会经济快速、持续、稳定的发展。而旅游人力资源对我国旅游业的发展起着决定性作用。本文分析了我国旅游人力资源开发的有利条件和不利条件,并在此基础上提出了我国旅游人力资源开发的一些对策性建议。Tourist has become the world/s first industry, as well as one of the most potential industries of the new century. The tourism development of our country will affect rapid, continuous, steady development of social economy.Furthermore, tourist human resources takes role in China/s tourism development. The advantages and disadvantages of tourist human resources development in China are analyzed in this paper. And some suggestions and countermeasures on how to develop the tourist human resources are put forward.
