摘　　要：SA8000作为一个新的社会责任标准,对于中国经济和社会发展具有一定的积极意义,对于中国企业的持续稳定发展也会带来积极作用。但是,社会责任也是一把“双刃剑”,如果实施的策略和方式不当,同样会带来负面影响。顺应世界潮流逐步扫除中国企业与SA8000之间的障碍,当务之急是加强SA8000的宣传、培训和普及。从长远来看应建立与国际接轨的技术法规和标准体系,逐步形成新贸易壁垒的预警机制。As a new standard of social accountability, SA8000 takes some active meaning to China＇s economic development and social development, as well as enterprises＂ sustainable and stable development. However, social responsibility is also a ＂double-edged swoed＂. If the measure and way of implementation is not correct, SA8000 will take passive influence. To remove the barrier between enterprises and SA8000 for adapting to world trend, the important thing is to enhance the propagate, train and popularization of SA8000. In the light of long views, the technical regulations and standard system that join to international system must be established, to set up prewarning mechanism of new trade barrier.
