摘　　要：总结了当前我国高校高新技术实现产业化的八种典型模式,分析了影响模式选择的典型因素,并在此基础上从宏观角度提出了若干优化对策。Eight kinds of typical modes of present university＇s high -new technology industrialization of our country are summarized. The influence of the typical factor of mode selection is analysed, also has put forward several optimization countermeasures in terms of macroscopic on this basis.
