摘　　要：论述了以醇酸清漆和酚醛清漆为粘结剂的两种耐火涂料的配制工艺，并进行了性能测试，测试结果表明，两种清都可提高铸造粘剂ＵＪＫ砂型的抗吸湿性、耐火度及铸件表面光粗糙和抗粘砂性；醇酸清滚为粘结剂的涂料综合性能优于酚醛清漆为粘结剂的涂料。This paper discusses the layout of two kinds of refractory dressing,one taking alkide varnish as binder and another novolaks.The testing of their properties is carried out.The results indicate that the two kinds pf dressing can greatly improve the hygroscopidty-resisting and refractories of UJK-casting binder mMoulding, and the degree of surface ndcc finish and adhering sand-asishng of castings.The properties of the Dressing taking alkide varnish as binder are superior to the one taking novolaks.
