低分子肝素钠联合丹奥治疗脑梗死疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察低分子肝素钠联合丹奥(注射用奥扎格雷钠)治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的疗效和不良反应。方法:104例ACI患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各52例,两组均常规应用低分子右旋糖酐500mL加维脑路通400mg静滴,1次/d。治疗组在此基础上加用低分子肝素钠5000U皮下注射,1次/d,丹奥80mg静滴,1次/d,疗程均为2周。观察两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分,血小板聚集率的变化。结果:治疗组的总有效率及治疗后血小板聚集率与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组神经功能缺损评分与对照组比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论:低分子肝素钠联合丹奥对急性脑梗死有较好的疗效,无明显不良反应。Objective：To observe clinical effect and side-effect of low molecular-weight heparin（LMWH） sodium combined with dan＇ao（Ozagrel） in treating acute cerebral infarction（ACI）, Methods： 104 cases of ACI were allocated randomly into two groups：treatment group and control group（52 cases in every group）.The treatment group was given 5000U LMWH suboutaneoualy, once a day; 80mg of dan＇ ao intravenously, once a day. The changes of the neurological deficit scores and platelet aggregation rate after treatment were observed in both groups. Results： The defference of total effective rate and platelet aggregation rate in the treatment group was significant compared to the control group （ P 〈0.05） ,the neurological deficit scores of treatment group decreased very significantly,compared to the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： LMWH combined with dan＇ ao is effective in treatment of ACI, without obvious side-effect.
