摘　　要：深黄被孢霉(Mortiorella isabellina)经深层发酵生产的PUFAs,其制备的微囊粉胶囊剂经卫生学指标检测符合Q/HS/001-200企业标准;该制剂对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌TA97、TA98、TA100、TA102四株试验菌株,在加与不加s-9时,Ames试验结果阴性。The capsule made by PUFAs which produced by fermentation of Mortiorella isabellina had been detected. The results showed that the hygiene parameters of the PUFAs capsule accord with the Q/HS/001-200 criteria. The results of Ames test to salmonella typhimurium TA97 ,TA98,TA100,TA102 were negative whatever using s -9 or not.
