跨国公司研发机构与本土互动机制研究

摘　　要：跨国公司研发机构是地方创新体系联入跨国公司全球技术网络的关键节点,是区域创新体系的重要资源。跨国公司研发机构与本土互动是双方反复博弈的结果,建立互动关系是一种双赢策略。跨国公司研发机构与本土互动的效果是由跨国公司研发机构的性质、地方创新主体的技术水平及其与跨国公司研发机构之间的技术落差、地方研发人员的素质和丰富程度、知识产权保护力度、地理接近程度等因素综合作用的结果。MNEs R＆D institution is the key linkage of regional innovation system （RIS） and MNEs＂ global technology network, so it is an important resource for RIS. The interaction between MNEs R＆D institution and RIS is the results of gamble by both sides and is beneficial to each other. The factors which affect the interaction includes, the nature of MNEs R＆D institution, the technology level of indigenous principal parts, the technology drop height between indigenous and MNEs R＆D institution, the supply of high quality R＆D human, the protection of patent and the cluster of innovation principal parts.
