摘　　要：云南省是民族杂居情况最为突出的边疆省份,多种民族联合自治的地方很多。村民自治必然给民族杂居地区的少数民族带来精神、理念、心理以及行为的影响和变化,村民自治使民族杂居地区的村民的政治参与、自由意识、平等意识、竞争意识、权利意识进一步得到强化。然而当前民族杂居地区村民在村民自治中还存在一些政治心理缺失,如依赖思想较强、缺乏整体观念和危机意识等。今后一段时间要围绕保障农民民主权利、发展农村经济、构建和谐农村的目标,提高公民的政治思想和文化素质,来促进民族杂居地区农村政治文明的建设与发展。Yunnan Province ranks first in China in terms of ethnic groups, where quite a few areas are under the autonomy of multi - ethnic groups. Villagers＇autonomy will surely bring spiritual, conceptual, psychological and behavior influence and changes to these areas and strengthen their consciousness of freedom, competition, power and political participation. However, there are still such weak points in their political psychology as reliance on others, lack of overall vision and the sense of crisis. The future political civilization in these areas relies on the guarantee of their democratic right, the development of the countryside economy, the building of a harmonious society and the improvement of their ideological and cultural qualities.
