摘　　要：科技中介机构是市场经济条件下合理调配科技资源,整合各类专业知识,在市场各主体之间建立沟通桥梁,促进科技转化为生产力的一类重要机构。科技中介服务业起源于欧美,已有一百多年历史,因此分析和了解发达国家尤其是美国科技中介服务体系的构成和运作经验,对于推进我国科技中介服务机构的发展,促进科技成果转化具有十分重要的意义。Under the circumstance of market economy, scientific and technological intermediary organizations are very important in properly monitoring the scientific and technological resources, coordinating knowledge, building up bridges between participants in market and turning science and technology into productivity. The scientific and technological intermediary service, originating from Europe and America, has been existing for more than 100 years. It is of great significance to realize and analyze the formation and running experience of the scientific and technological intermediary service system of the developed countries, especially the U. S. A.
