摘　　要：本文论述了信息资源共建共享中存在的问题，提出了信息资源共建共享的措施，探讨了中小型图书馆在信息资源共建共享中的地位和作用。This paper Points out the existent problems of the common - construction and share of the information resources, Puts forward the measures and discusses on the status and function of middle and small li- brary in the common - construction and share of the information resources.
