摘　　要：目的本研究在狂犬病毒全基因测序中应用了RT-PCR法、递减PCR法、嵌套PCR方法及3’-Full RACE等方法,有效的解决了狂犬病毒在体外扩增时遇到的困难。成功地获得了狂犬病毒野毒株BRV的全基因的cDNA,为实现基因测序及下一步研究工作奠定了理论技术基础。In order to resolve the problems encountered in the in vitro amplification of the rabies virus gene sequences, several PCR methods including RT-PCR, decreased PCR, nested PCR and 3＇-Full RACE were applied for study. It was found that the wild type rabies virus BRV strain could be obtained , thus providing the technical basis for further studies on the rabies virus genes.
