摘 要:氨基磺酸系高效减水剂ASP分子间易缩聚,在贮存过程中黏度不断增加,导致使用不方便,分散性能下降。研究了ASP贮存稳定性的影响因素和提高稳定性的措施。结果表明,反应物料的配比、合成产物的黏度及贮存质量浓度、温度、pH等影响其贮存稳定性。较佳合成和贮存条件为:反应物料n(对氨基苯磺酸钠):n(苯酚):n(甲醛)=1.0:2:3.75、产物黏度为10—21mPa·s,贮存质量浓度为0.26—0.28g/mL,溶液pH=11.5左右,用棕色塑料桶盛装存放在室内阴凉处贮存。在此条件下ASP稳定贮存时间可达195d以上。The molecules of aminosulfonic acid--based superplasticizer ASP polycondensate easily, causing its viscosity to increase during storage, which leads to inconvenience in use due to decreasing dispersability. Factors affecting its storage stability and measures to increase the stability are studied. The results indicate that ratio of reactants, viscosity of the product, temperature, concentration and pH of the product during storage are the major factors affecting the storage stability of ASP. The optimum synthesis and storage conditions of ASP are that the molar ratio of sodium sulfanilate, phenol and formaldehyde is 1.0:2:3.75 ,the viscosity is 10 -21 mPa.s,the mass concentrations is 0. 26 -0.28 g/ mL,the pH is about 11.5, and the samples are stored in brown plastic vessels and put in shadow indoors. The shelf-life of ASP can reach more than 195 d under above conditions.
