摘　　要：本文提出了一个能在ＳＰＩＣＥ通用电路分析程序上运行的单片集成锁相环ＬＭ５６５的宏模型。宏模型引出脚与实际器件一一对应，较好地模拟了ＬＭ５６５各个引脚的输出波形及外部元件对其性能的控制，使之能实际应用到由ＬＭ５６５构成的各种电路的计算机辅助分析中。A Practical macromodel of intcgrated circuit PLL suitable for the general circuit analysis program SPICEE[7] is presented. The macromodel ,which provides a good pin-to-pin representation,simulates very well the output waveforms of LM565 and models satisfactorily the controls of external elements over the performance of LM565. The macromodel can be used in computer-aided-analysis of the circuits containing LM565.
