摘　　要：树突状细胞是体内功能最强的专职抗原呈递细胞,在肿瘤免疫中具有重要作用。目前认为实体肿瘤内树突状细胞浸润的数量与患者预后有关,人乳腺癌患者外周血中树突状细胞存在一定的功能缺陷,肿瘤局部树突状细胞的浸润较低。Dendritic cells （DC） are the most potent professional antigen presenting cells. They take an important role in tumor immunity. The infiltration of DC in solid tumor is a prognostic factor of these tumors. DC in the peripheral blood of breast cancer patients are functional deficit and a few number of DC were found in local tumor.
