摘　　要：本文综述了肥厚性心肌病发病机制和肥厚性心肌病动物模型的应用情况。介绍了版纳微型猪近交系独特的近交背景和在解剖学上与人类接近的特点,并探讨了将版纳微型猪近交系应用于人类肥厚性心肌病动物模型研究的前景。The pathogeneses and current situation of animal models of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy was reviewed. With the unique inbred genetic backgrounds and resemblance with what of human beings in anatomy and physiology, the prospective of the application of Banna Minipig Inbred Line as the model of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy was explored.
