复方蟾皮胶囊对晚期消化道肿瘤近期疗效的观察

摘　　要：目的：在于评价复方蟾皮胶囊（安替可胶囊）抗肿瘤疗效和毒副作用。方法：病例采用数表法随机分组。结果：用复方蟾皮胶囊治疗晚期食管癌、肝癌、胃癌和肠癌２５８例，总缓解率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）为７．４％，并能显著止痛，改善生存质量和提高免疫功能；放疗十复方蟾皮胶囊治疗１００例晚期食管癌，总缓解率达７２．０％，比单纯放疗组（３４．４％）提高了３７．６％（Ｐ＜０．０１），同时，能显著改善吞咽困难，明显增加体重，保护血象和降低ＣＥＡ，结论：复方蟾皮胶囊具有明显的抗肿瘤疗效，其放疗增敏作用也较显著。In order to evaluate the effectiveness,the toxic action and side effect of the capsule,The patients were grouped according to random number table.The results showed that the total remission rate(CR+PR)by using compound Chanpi capsule for 258 cases of esophageal,hepatic,gastric and intestinal carcino-mas of late stage was 7.4%,the capsule had prominent analgesic action,and could improve the life qualities and body immunities;the total remission rate by using the combination of radiotherapy and the capsule for 100 cases of advanced esophageal carcinoma reached to 72.0%,which increased 37.6%(P<0.01),com-pared with simple radiotherapy(34.4%).The patients' dysphagia was improved obviously(P<0.05),body weight increased,hemogram protected and CEA decreased.It is suggested that compound Chanpi capsule not only has remarkable anti-tumbr effect,and also has significant radiation-enhanced sensitivity.
