环境安全及其评价指标体系初探

摘　　要：环境安全问题已成为当今人们关注的热点问题,对环境安全问题的研究意义重大。本文在对以往环境安全概念归纳总结的基础上,对环境安全系统的机制、结构进行了分析,建立了环境安全评价指标体系。该体系包括环境安全、社会安全、经济安全三个子系统,共由25个指标对其进行表征,为环境安全问题的进一步研究提供了基础。Environmental security has become a focus in the society. It is quite significant to study of environmental security. This paper reviewed the previous conception of environmental security, and wenton analyzing the mechanism and construction of environmental security system. Finally, the system of environmental-securlty assessment is built. The system consists of environmental-security, social-security and economlc-security, and there are 25 indexes in total in order to describe it. This system makes the foundation for the further research about environmental-security.
