功能性消化不良患者胃功能的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察功能性消化不良(FD)胃功能及与临床症状的关系。方法选择FD患者30例,健康组22例,治疗后自身对照12例。X线钡奶造影和临床症状检查。观察胃中间横带宽度(MTB)、近端胃和远端胃面积、胃排空率、临床症状积分,探讨其相关性。结果FD组MTB较健康组增宽(P<0.05),治疗后MTB缩小;FD组餐后即刻近端胃面积缩小,其余各时间段胃面积均较HS组增大,治疗后面积缩小;胃排空与远端胃面积关系密切(P<0.01);FD治疗后症状总积分改善(P<0.01);上腹部疼痛、嗳气、恶心、呕吐与近端胃关系密切。结论FD症状与胃功能失调有关。Objective It is to observe the relationship between gastric function and clinical symptom of functional dyspepsia （FD） patients, Methods 30 FD patients, 22 healthy subjects （HS） and 12 patients checked with self were participated in this study. X-ray film of barium-sulfate-milk and clinical symptom examination were executed. The midgastric-transverse band （MTB）, distal gastric and proximal gastric area, gastric emptying ratio and clinic symptom integral were observed. The relativity among the four ones was discussed. Results MTB of FD group was wider than that of HS group （ P 〈 0.05 ） and was shorter after treatment. The postprandial proximal gastric area of FD group instantly was shrunken and that at other time was increscent compared with that of HS group, but that after treatment was shrunken. The relationship was very close between gastric emptying and distal gastric area （P 〈 0.01）. The symptom total integral of FD group was improved after treatment （P 〈 0.01）, The midsection ache, eructation, nausea and vomiting were in consanguineous connection with proximal stomach. Conclusion The symptoms of FD arc related to maladjustment of gastric function.
