摘 要:目的探讨护理岗位高护人员对当前护理现状的看法。方法采用方便抽样调查的方法了解浙江省154名高护人员对当前护理工作的看法,找出护理岗位存在的隐患。结果临床高护人员对护理现状的不满意主要与工作条件差和社会压力较大有关,在校高护学生对护理现状的不满意主要与自我期望值与现实的差距、护理教学课程设置欠合理以及社会压力较大有关。结论为了提高高护人员的工作积极性,应转变护理观念,减轻工作压力;合理配置资源,提供学习机会;合理安排课程设置,尽早进行职业教育。Objectives To explore high-level nursing staff's view on present nursing situations. Methods Spot check method was used to know about 154 high-level nursing staff's view on present nursing work with the purpose of finding out hidden troubles in nursing post. Results Clinical high-level nursing staff' s dissatisfaction about present nursing situations mainly has something to do with poor working condition and heavy social pressure. Dissatisfaction of high-level nursing students at college mainly comes from the gap between selfesteem and social reality, improper curriculum of nursing courses and big social pressure. Conclusion To improve high-level nursing staff' s initiatives to work, we should reform nursing conception, relieve their working pressure, collocate resources reasonably, provide opportunities to learn, arrange teaching setup in a reasonable way, and carry out vocational training as soon as possible.
