摘　　要：强基础、宽口径,办出专业特色,首先在于制定一个行之有效的人才培养计划。阐述了纺织专业改革的背景以及制定大纺织专业人才培养计划的基本思想、培养目标和课程教学体系,并着重在课程整合、压缩课时、拓宽专业上进行了有益的探索。An efficient talents cultivation plan is of great importance of we are to enhance the foundation, widen the specification and build a major with characteristics. This paper elaborates the background of major reform, the ideas, goals and curriculum system of the talents cultivation plan for the great textile major. This paper also explores course integration, the reduction of teaching hours,and the widening of major specifications.
