摘　　要：本文论述了在知识经济时代,高校图书馆借助当前各种有利时机,开发原有人力资源,使员工人尽其力、人尽其才,阐述了人力资源管理的五项原则。This article discusses that the college hbraries draws support from all kinds of available opportunity currently and develops original human resources, brings into full play each one＇s ability in the era of knowledge economy, then explains five principles of human resources management.
