摘　　要：目的:探讨成人多囊肾的家族聚集性。方法:运用家谱图。报告常染色体显性遗传性多囊肾(ADPKD)一家系,随访16年,追溯三代,从两代发病到三代均发病。结果:5人发病到8人发病;死亡1人至死亡3人等问题进行了家系调查调查分析及讨论。结论:产前基因诊断使减少本病的发病率成为可能。ADPKD的早期发现、早期诊断和治疗,可改善预后、提高患者的生活质量和延长生存期。It aimed at reporting a family tree ol adult polycystic, which included three generations, Dy raterviewing for 16 years. It discussed the incidence and death rate of this clan and analyzed its causes. It pointed out that antenatal gene diagnosis could make it possible to decrease the incidence. Early diagnosis and treatment could improve the patient＇ life quality and prolong their life-span.
