摘　　要：根据G enB ank中报道的鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)S1基因序列,设计了1对引物,克隆了IBV强毒株X的S1基因,基因大小为1.62 kb。将其导入真核表达载体系统pIRES1neo中,表达蛋白为61 000。A pair of primers for amplifying the S1 gene of avian infectious bronchitis virus （IBV） was designed,with which the predicted 1.62 kb fragment had been amplified by RT-PCR from Strain X. Then the expression vectors containing the S1 gene of X strain was constructed and the recombinate expression protein obtained. The expressed S1 protein was identified by ELISA, Western blotting and indirect fluorescent antibody technique and the biological characters of S1 protein was identified.
