摘  要:目的:探讨癌基因HER-2/neu及转移抑制基因nm23在喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)中的表达及与局部浸润和淋巴结转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测56例LSCC患者手术切除的癌组织中HER-2/neu及nm23蛋白的表达,并以正常喉黏膜组织做对照。结果:HER-2/neu蛋白阳性表达率与喉癌组织的分化程度无明显相关性(P>0.05),与临床分期和淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);nm23蛋白阳性表达率无淋巴结转移者显著高于有淋巴结转移者(P<0.01),与LSCC淋巴结转移呈负相关。而且,在淋巴结转移者中HER-2/neu蛋白的阳性表达率与nm23蛋白呈负相关。结论:HER-2/neu及nm23蛋白异常表达在LSCC发生、发展和淋巴结转移中可能起重要作用。Objective:To explore the relationship between the expressions of HER-2/neu,nm23 protein and local invasion and lymp node metastasis of LSCC. Method: The expression of HER-2/neu,nm23 protein was detected by immunohistochemical technique in 56 patients with human LSCC. Result:The positive expression rate of HER-2/neu protein in LSCC was not correlated with histological grade( P〉0.05). There was a significant relationship between the expression of HER-2/neu and the clinical stages, lymph node metastasis ( P〈0. 05, P〈0. 01). The positive expression rate of nm23 protein was significantly higher in the group without lymph node metastasis than those with lymph node metastasis ( P〈0. 01). The negative correlation was found between the nm23 expression and lymph node metastasis of LSCC. Furthermore, the negative correlation was found between the positive expression of HER-2/neu protein and the positive expression of nm23 protein in the group with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion:The abnormal expression of HER-2/neu, nm23 protein play an important role in development and lymph node metastasis of LSCC.
