摘  要:目的:探讨不同的给药途径对MR预定位免疫成像靶瘤性致增强作用的影响。方法:2组荷人结肠癌细胞裸鼠分别经腹腔和静脉注射SA-DTPA-Gd,检测各组肿瘤组织和肝组织的信号强度。结果:肿瘤在静脉给药后6h强化率达到最高(70.2%),而腹腔组中9h肿瘤的强化率最高(46.4%),两者之间具有显著差异;肝组织在腹腔组中峰值强化率为23.7%,而静脉组中最高为20.4%,两者之间差异不显著。结论:静脉给药更有利于肿瘤的SA-DTPA-Gd摄取并具有更为均匀的瘤内分布。Objective: To investigate MR enhancement of different administration routes in MR pretargeting immunology imaging. Methods: Two groups of mice were injected with SA-DTPA-Gd through tail vein(iv) and intra-peritoneal cavity(ip) respectively, and the MR signal intensity of tumor and liver was determined. Result: In iv group and ip group the maximum enhancement rate of tumor was 70.2% and 46.4% respectively, and there was significant difference. The maximum enhancement rate of liver was 23.7% in ip group and 20.4% in iv group, and there was no signifinant difference. Condusion: Intravenous injection is in favor of SA-DTPA-Gd's accumlation in tumor than intraperitoneal injection, and a more homogenious intratumoral distribution is archived.
