摘 要:目的 研究c-myc蛋白在甲状腺癌(TC)中的表达与凋亡的关系及意义。方法 收集48例甲状腺癌和39例甲状腺瘤(TA)标本,用免疫组化EnVision^MT法检测c-myc蛋白的表达,用TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡率(AI)。结果 c-myc蛋白在甲状腺癌和甲状腺瘤中的表达强度分别为59.19±19.28(45/48)、27、53±13.25(19/39):AI在甲状腺癌和甲状腺瘤中分别为0.40±0.38(34/48)、0.15±0.21(7/39)。c-myc蛋白表达和AI在腺癌和腺瘤组间比较均有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论 c-myc和AI共同参与了甲状腺癌的发生发展,对良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断有一定作用。Objective To investigate the relationship of c-myc protein expression and apoptosis in thyroid carcinoma (TC) and to explore its diagnostic significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry method (EnVision^MT) was used to examine c-myc protein expression. The apoptosis index (AI) was examined with TUNEL method in 48 thyroid cancer and 39 thyroid adenoma (TA). Results Among thyroid cancer and adenoma, the amount of c-myc proteins expression were 59.19±19.28 (45/48) and 27.53 ±13.25 (19/39) respectively. AI were 0.40±0.38 (34/48) and 0.15±0.21 (7/39) respectively. The expression differences of c-myc proteins and AI between TA and TC were significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion C-myc protein and AI might play important roles in the carcinogenesis of thyroid carcinoma. The assay is helpful to identify benign and malignant neoplasms of thyroid gland.
