摘　　要：利用中国电子信息类制造业企业国际化成长与经营的相关数据,对内部化理论的相关结论进行了实证研究。结果验证了内部化的部分结论,但也反映出内部化理论在解释中国企业国际化成长方面仍存在偏差,本文对此进行了解释。This paper testified the hypotheses of the Internalization theory by using the data concerning the international- ization growth and international operations of electronic manufacture firms of China. The result shows that some of the hypotheses of the internalization theory are testified by instilling complementary variable to it, however, the theory cannot provide fully convincing explanation to the internationalization of the firms in China. The paper explains the reason that might have caused this discrepancy, and proposes the way to improve the empirical test model.
