摘　　要：目的:探讨对高压加热抗原修复技术在乳腺癌组织雌、孕激素受体检测中的作用。方法:对130例乳腺癌组织分别作抗原修复和未作抗原修复,采用免疫组化方法进行雌、孕激素受体检测,显微镜下观察。结果:高压抗原修复法在乳腺癌雌、孕激素受体的检测中可显著提高阳性率,降低免疫组化的背景染色。结论:高压加热抗原修复法不失为一种简便有效的抗原修复方法,值得推广应用。Objective：To evaluate the significance of ER and PR detected in breast cancer by high- temperature heat pressure cooking fixation. Methods： ER and PR was detected in one hundred and thirty breast cancer by immunohistochemical staining.Results： High-temperature heat is a useful technique in the ER. and PR of breast cancer. Conclusion： The method is useful rapid and simple.
