摘　　要：采用振动截割技术为臂式掘进机切割硬岩提供了一种新方法,但目前研制的振动截割机构存在一些缺陷,限制了它的广泛应用。提出了一种新型振动截割机构,介绍了其工作原理,并对其相关参数进行了计算,为振动截割机构的设计提供了参考。The adopting of the vibra - cutting mechanism provides a new way for roadheader to cut hard stone, but the existing vibra - cutting mechanism has some defects which restrict its wide application. In this paper, a new type of vibra - cutting mechanism is put forward, its working principle introduced, and its related parameters calculated, which provides reference for the design of the vibra - cutting mechanism.
