摘  要:为了选出适宜使用松杉木屑袋料栽培的高产、优质猴头菌[H er icium er ina ceus(Bu ll.:F r)Pers.]菌株,以松杉木屑为主要培养料,对猴头菌宁猴6号、宁猴9号、宁猴19号、宁猴22号和宁猴99号5个菌株进行对比栽培试验,结果表明,宁猴6号和宁猴9号菌株菌丝满袋时间和形成原基早,子实体产量为3300g和3110g,平均生物学效率为66.0%和62.2%,菌丝体和子实体农艺性状等均优于其余3种菌株,说明这两个菌株适宜使用松杉木屑袋料栽培,可以示范推广。To select strains of Hericium erinaceus that are suitable for growing in the sawdust of pine and fir trees,the Ninghou strains, No6 ,No9,No19,No22 and No99 were used in the comparison experiment. Comparing to other three strains, the strains, No6 and No 9, grew quickly, with an earlier forming of the original fruits and high yield of 3300g and 3110g respectively. Their average biological efficiency were 66. 0% and 62. 2% respectively. The agriculture characters of mycelium and fruits of Ninghou No. 6 and Ninghou No. 9 were better the others. It is showed that the strains, No 6 and No9,ean be used for commercial growth.
