棉织物酸性染料染色和抗皱整理一浴法

摘　　要：用国产酸性黑ATT和柠檬酸整理剂对棉织物进行一浴法染色抗皱整理,获得了良好的表观颜色深度和折皱回复性.研究和讨论了酸性黑ATT、柠檬酸整理剂、添加剂用量和焙烘条件对棉织物染色性能和抗皱性能的影响.结果表明合适的工艺为:酸性黑ATT3%,柠檬酸8%,次亚磷酸钠6%,量比n(酒石酸)∶n(柠檬酸)为1∶1,焙烘175℃、90s,酒石酸可大幅增加染色物表观颜色深度.The acid black ATT made in China was used in one-bath dyeing of cotton fabrics together with citric acid anti-crease finishing, and good surface color deepness and crease recovery were obtained. The influences of different dosages of acid black ATT, citric acid finish and additives and different baking conditions on the dyeing and anti-crease properties were researched and discussed. The results revealed a suitable process as follows： acid black ATT 3%, citric acid 8%, sodium hypophosphite 6%, tartaric acid：citric acid =1：1 （mol. ratio）, and baking 90 s at 175 ℃. The tartaric acid increased markedly the apparent color deepness.
