介入性聚胺酯支架置入术治疗泪道阻塞初探

摘　　要：目的探讨介入性聚胺酯支架(支撑器)置入术治疗泪道阻塞的方法。方法23例(29眼)表麻下冲洗泪道,再X光下用导丝进行泪道探查,冲洗通畅后,置入介入性聚胺酯支架,再行泪道造影,确定支架位置,生理盐水冲洗支架。结果支架置入术后当天,溢泪均得到明显改善,分别于术后1天、7天冲洗泪道,六月行泪囊造影,显示支架位置正常、泪道冲洗通畅。25眼有效(86.21%)。结论介入性聚胺酯支架置入术具有微创、准确、安全和实用等特点。Objective To investigate the treatment of obstruction of lacrimal passage with intervenient polyurethane support. Methods Infusing lacrimal passage with surface-anesthesization, then to probe lacrimal passage under X-Ray, infuse again, put intervenient polyrethane support in, do contract examination to make sure the support was in place, wash-down support with physiological salt solution. Results After polyurethane support was put in, lacrimal flow took a favorable turn soon, infuse, lacrimal passage after 1 d, 7 d, followed by regular visiles to 6 months to make radiograph examination. The result manifests that support is in place, lacrimal is passable, Conclusions To treat obstruction of lacrimal passage with intervenient polyurethane support. the method is miero-tranma, accuracy, safety and practical, the futuries are wide.
