摘　　要：本文对新形势下高校毕业生就业工作存在的主要问题进行了分析,并根据当前我国高校毕业生就业形势和就业工作,提出了以就业为导向,深化改革,优化人才培养结构,完善就业工作管理体制和运行机制,加强就业指导工作等措施,以提高大学生就业竞争力。Based on the analysis on the prolblems of college graduates＇employment in the current situation, the author put forward some measures aiming at the employment to enforce, such as deepening the reform,optimizing the resources of human talents structure,perfecting management and operation system of the employment in order to imprve the competitive capacity.
