摘　　要：通过以人为本管理与图书馆传统管理模式、管理机制及服务等方面的比较,分析了以人为本管理的必要性,对如何实施以人为本的管理模式和设想进行了探讨,阐述了人本管理对现代图书馆的促进作用。The writer analyzes the necessity of the people-oriented management through the comparison of managerial pattern, system and service of the new management with those of the traditional library management. The writer also discusses how to carry out the people-oriented managerial pattern and assumption, and explains the improving effect on the management of modern library.
