摘　　要：高职教育担负着培养社会急需的技能型、创新型人才的重任,高素质的教师队伍是培养技能型、创新型人才的基本保证。因此,加强对青年教师在“敬业精神”、“业务能力”、“教学艺术”、“创新意识”和“为人师表”方面的培养十分重要。Higher vocational education has task of training technical and innovative talents, while higher quality teachers＇ team is a guaranty to finish it. It is very important to strengthen higher vocational teachers＇ professional ability, teaching art, innovative consciousness and studios spirit especially young teachers.
