舌癌联合根治口底及舌重建术患者的护理

摘　　要：总结25例舌癌联合根治口底及舌重建术患者的护理经验:术前加强口腔护理,并行全口牙周洁治;进行适应术后变化的相关训练;做好有针对性的心理护理,消除紧张情绪;术后密切观察移植组织瓣的血运情况,正确采用体位护理,术后第1天起即采用半卧位;防止组织瓣受牵拉;交替用双氧水、生理盐水冲洗口腔,防止感染;加强舌功能锻炼。25例患者组织瓣全部存活,无口底瘘;其中术后语音清晰23例,语言清晰度欠佳2例。The authors summarized nursing experience of 25 cases of combined radical operation of tongue caneer and reconstruction of mouth and tongue： strengthening oral cavity nursing, cleaning and treating all teeth, giving pertinent mental care, and alleviating their tensions before operation, observing blood circulation of transplanted tissue flap closely, nursing patients by correct body position, keeping patients lay on semisupination in order to avoid pulling tissue flap; cleansing oral cavity with saline solution and Hydrogen Peroxide by turns in order to prevent the infections and strengthening the function exercises of tongue after operation. All tissue flap of 25 patients kept alive and no fistula of mouth and tongue were found. Only 2 cases could not speak clearly.
