教师体罚行为及其对策浅析

摘　　要：体罚是教师用粗暴的方式惩处学生身体,强迫学生服从的教育手段。体罚对学生的身心健康、人格发展、智力发展以及学习成绩的提高都有负面影响,是与素质教育相悖的。制止教师体罚行为的主要措施有:大力发展生产力,深化素质教育体制改革,提高教师师德修养,培养公民法律意识;同时,教师实施惩罚行为时要讲究原则。Objective Physical punishment is an educational means that teacher＇s demand obedience from student through punishing student＇s body with rude ways. At present, the behaviors that teacher＇s punish student＇s body are common in China. Physical punishment has several harms. Such behavior can bring negative effects on student＇s physical and psychological health, personality development, intelligence development and the improvement of learning performance, And it goes against ＇Quality-Oriented Education＇ . The major countermeasures which prevent teacher＇s punishment behavior are greatly developing productivity, pushing ahead the reform of quality oriented education system, improving teacher＇s vocational moral culture, cultivating citizen＇s legal consciousness. At the same time, teachers must be particular about punishing principle when they enforce punishment.
