摘　　要：目的探讨细胞黏附分子CD62p(P—选择素)在食管癌患者血浆中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法采用抗体酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测了27例食管癌患者及32例健康体检者的血浆可溶性CD62p表达情况。结果食管癌患者血浆可溶性CD62p:正常人(182±46.32)ng/m l,食管癌患者(568±102.05)ng/m l,无淋巴结转移者(332±56.20)ng/m l,有淋巴结转移者(645±73.28)ng/m l,经统计学分析,均P<0.01。结论食管癌患者的血浆可溶性CD62p表达与食管癌转移密切相关,其水平变化对食管癌病情及预后判断有一定的价值。Objective To evaluate the relationship between cell adhesion molecules P - Selectin（CD62p） expression and biological behavior of esophagus cancer. Methods The levels of CD62p expression was observed in 27 cases of oesophagus cancer and 32 healthy check - ups using ELISA. Results The level of CD62p expression of the oesophagus cancer （568 ± 102.05 ）ng/ml is higher than the normal （182 ±46.32）ng/ml and CD62p expression was more intensive in oesophagus cancer with lymphnode （LN） metastasis [ （645 ± 73.28 ） ng/ml vs （332 ± 56.20） ng/ml ], P 〈 0.01. Conclusion CD62p expression correlates with malignant biological behavior of oesophagus cancer , the examination of CD62p expression in oesophagus cancer may have an important value in evaluating intensity of LN metastasis and TNM stage of oesophagus cancer.
