摘　　要：目的探讨大肠腺瘤性息肉早期癌变的治疗。方法回顾性分析22例经内镜高频电切全瘤活检,病理诊断为腺瘤性息肉早期癌变患者临床资料。结果22例Tis及T1期患者经内镜高频电切治疗,其中8例追加根治性手术,无区域淋巴转移。长期随访无癌复发。结论大肠腺瘤性息肉早期癌变经内镜高频电切既可治愈,一般不须追加手术。Objective To find and distinguish therapy of early canceration of colorectal adenomatous polyps . Methods To analyze retrospectively the clinical data of 22 cases receiving complete tumor biopsy with high frequency electrocision with endoscope and the pathological diagnosis proved to be early canceration. Results In the 22 cases, patients in Tis and T1 stage were cured with high frequency electrocision with endoscope. Among them,8 patients received appended radical operation. And there is no metastasis of regional lymph node. During the long period of following - up, no cancer recured. Conclusion Early canceration of colorectal adenomatous polyps can be cured by high frequency electrocision with endoscope,no appended operation needed in general.
