摘 要:在M-2000磨损试验机上考察了经过一次处理和经两次处理的40Cr钢环表面喷涂3种粉末涂料型固体润滑膜(P型、H型、E型)试样,在线载荷为104N/m、相对滑动速度为0.042 m/s、干摩擦滚动/滑动复合磨损条件下的摩擦磨损性能,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对试样磨损表面以及磨屑进行了显微观察。结果表明:底材经过一次处理(化学底膜处理)的复合固体润滑膜试样,P型和E型在磨损后期的摩擦因数分别稳定在0.38和0.32,而H型在0.40左右跳动;P型和H型的涂层磨损脱落期为60 m in左右,E型为120 m in左右;质量磨损从小到大顺序为P型<E型<H型;底材经过两次处理的P型复合固体润滑膜与经过一次处理相比,涂层磨损脱落期相近,但磨损后期摩擦因数和质量磨损较低,即固体润滑耐磨性能较优。复合固体润滑膜磨损机制主要为粘着磨损。Three kinds of solid lubricating powder coatings : P ( polyester), H (polyester/epoxy) and E (epoxy) were tested on a M-2000 wear test machine to examine their tribological characteristics under normal load of 104 N/m, relative sliding speed of 0. 042 nr/s and dry rolling/sliding condition. Wear scar and grindings of the tested specimens were observed and analysed by scanning electron microsopy(SEM). The results show that, for the specimens that its substrate material was treated by primary parkerizing process,the friction coefficients of the P, H and E coatings keep 0. 38,0. 40 and 0. 32 in the steady state period. The coating-abscission period of P and H coatings is 60 min,and that of E coating is 120 min. The mass wear of the coatings is in ascending order: P 〈 E 〈 H. Compared the P coating specimens that its substratc material treated by primary parkerizing process, the P coating that its substrate material was treated by secondary parkerizing process has nearly the same coating-abscission period, but it has lower friction coefficient during the later wear period and lower mass wear,which indicates it has excellent friction and wear properties. The wear mechanism of the polymer powder coatings during dry rolling/sliding presents mainly adhesion wear.
