摘  要:在实验室条件下,用相当于臭氧层衰减5%、10%和20%的紫外线辐射量连续辐射粘虫2代,并比较2代粘虫的生长发育情况。试验表明,紫外线辐射增强可显著增加粘虫的单雌产卵量,降低化蛹率、雌雄性比和孵化率。Two generations were exposed in UV-B radiation with the different ozonosphere attenuation of 5 %, 10 % ,20 % and Pseudaletia separata (walker)growth of their whole living growth was compared. The results indicated that the pupation of rate, the ratio of the female and male and the hatch rate of the larva of Pseudaletia separata treated were lower than those of CK in first generation and the laying of the single female adult was higher than that of CK. The trend of reduction of the rate of pupation and hatch was evident in the second generation. The ratio of the female and male of the second generation was bigger than that of the first generation.
