摘 要:对茶树菇胞内和胞外多糖的提取工艺进行了研究,通过单因素法确定了胞内多糖水提法的最适条件:提取温度80~90℃,水料体积比为4:1,提取10h,共提取3次,醇析中加入3倍体积的体积分数为95%的乙醇。应用响应面分析法对胞外多糖醇析过程进行了优化。结果表明,在添加4倍体积的体积分数为95%乙醇,醇析17h,pH5.5的条件下,胞外多糖产量可达5.76mg/mL。In this paper , we investigated the effects of various conditions of extraction on the polysaccharides of Agrocybe aegirit. The optimum extractive condition of intracellular polysaccharides was determined through single factor test as follows: extracting temperature 80℃ - 90℃ ; water: mycelia ratio 4 : 1 ; extracting time is 10 hours; extracting in 3 times ;precipitated by addition of 3 volumes of 95 % ethanol. Optimized process of precipitated by ethanol for extracellular polysaccharides through response surface analysis. The results indicated that with addition of 4 volumes of 95 % ethanol, precipitated 17 h, pH5.5 conditions, the yield of extracellular polysaccharides was about 5.76 mg/mL.
