摘 要:本文在分析了农村远程教育自主学习特性的基础上,依据远程自主学习与校本培训相结合的原则,提出了农村教师自主学习模式的基本框架和运行策略。Based on literature research on the connotation of self-directed learning, the author of this paper has come to such views: the way for the rural teachers to conduct their learning through receiving amounts of quality open education resources is compatible to the general characteristics of self-directed learning, but as they are in a special environment, their self-directed learning contains some specific characteristics.The author has first made an analysis of the specific characteristics of the teachers' self-directed learning under rural distance education environment from the layers and diversification of the teachers' requirements, the uncertainty of learning resources and non-easiness of face-to-face tutorials. Then guided by the distance education theory and based on the regular patterns of cognitive activities, the author proposed that the self-directed learning model structure for teachers under rural distance education environment should include four stages: preparation stage; learning and digest stage; practicing stage and evaluation stage. At the end of the paper, the author summarized the three operation strategies of self-directed learning mode: activating self-directed learning motives of the teachers; fostering their self-directed learning capabilities and perfecting the platform construction of their self-directed earning support and services.
