摘　　要：介绍了综合性医院临床工程专业的现状和学科定位,阐述了临床工程专业学科建设的途径和方法,说明了人才建设和优化管理对学科建设的重要性。This paper introduces the status and definition of clinical engineering subject in general hospital. This paper also describes ways and methods of construction of clinical engineering subject. We can see the importance of talent and management in construction of the subject.
