摘 要:用木聚糖酶进行生物漂白,能有效降低漂白时有效氯用量,降低对环境污染。本文通过对年产3万t纸浆的制浆厂用木聚糖酶预处理的经济分析可知,生产处理1t纸浆所需的木聚糖酶液成本为50元左右。用木聚糖酶预处理后的漂白浆与对照浆在达到相同白度时,漂白1t纸浆节省的化学试剂费用为105元,不仅经济效益明显,而且减轻了漂白废液的污染负荷,社会效益显著。Xylanase was used in biologic bleaching with the result of reducing the consumption of active chlorine and decreasing environmental pollution achieved. The economic analysis of xylanase pretreatment in a 30 thousand-ton pulp plant was investigated with the result showing that the cost of producing xylanase liquor which treated one ton pulp was 50 yuan. For the xylanase-pretreated bleaching pulp, the cost saved from the chemical reagent, used in the production of control pulp of the same whiteness, is 105 yuan per ton therefore the xylanase pretreatment of pulp has not a remarkable economic benefit, but can also reduce the pollution load of bleaching black effluent a great social benefit.
