摘　　要：商业地产项目通常采取分割产权出售的做法,这直接影响后续的统一经营管理。所以有必要在开发商分割出售的成因中,分析商业地产项目产权分割与统一经营整合过程中的运作模式、执行流程。The commercial real estate projects usually adopt cutting apart the property right,which influences the follow-up unified management.This issue starts by the cause of cutting apart,then analyzes the operstion molding of course and the procedure of carrying out that commercial real estate project of cutting apart the property right and unifled mansgament.
